My basement drain backed up. They changed out a cast iron j trap, put in pvc, snaked it and ran camera down. Came back next day water jetted it and pulverized those freaking roots away, ran camera again and sent me video links to camera footage! They are spot on! Second time that did a big job for me and I would highly reccomend them!
Yes they were quick to respond. But the only BS I find is that the guys should have told me how much the parts were (toilet flange) before installing. They told me it’s $200 on top of the bill just for replacing the part, but they were already out replacing the seal. Besides me feeling ripped off, the service was good (I know, I contradict myself).
Quick and efficient. Tim and Duncan were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and made a bad situation easier to deal with. I will be using them for any future plumbing issues.

I would recommend Motor City Plumbing and Drain for many reasons. Professional, responsive and on time . I used them for parents home twice and my in-laws . Each time the service was excellent.
After local company all but destroyed my sump lines flooding my neighbors yard, then refusing to come back out immediately, Mike fit me in same day and returned to do the major repairs immediately.
Wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
