RecommendedCalled about a clogged bathroom sink. Nick came out worked on it for about 45 minutes and could not fix it. He replaced the J pipe under the sink, but said no charge as he did not fix anything. He said it was a clogged vent pipe and he tried to clear it from inside, but could not. They came back in a few hours with a power jet to clean out the vent pipe. All is working now. They were very nice and prompt, called before showing up and cleaned up everything. they came out the same day...Rob was very friendly and professional...unpulged my drain and fixed the problem. Also gave me some useful info on garbage disposals...don't put anything in them. He was great and so was the service. Highly recommend this company and ROB.
Highly recommend this company. Very professional friendly staff. From scheduling to the communication of arrival time is the best. Today Noah was out for our fridge water line leak in crawl. We enjoyed meeting him. He went right to work & cleaned up. Great Company.

Motor City Plumbing and Drain sent Rob to my home to deal with a couple of problems I was having with the bathroom sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also took care of both of the sink's issues promptly. Furthermore, he was friendly and courteous to me and considerate of my two cats. I choose the company because it's BBB-approved and it's clear to see why.
Okay, where do I start...this company is incredible! Jamie is super to communicate with and calls when the plumbers are coming and approximately what time. I have an older home; they have been out thrice. I even sent them to my mom's home when she needed help. Noah, Nick, and Dominic were the first guys. They were professional and engaging. I can't say enough great things about this company and its staff!! Tim and Jack were amazing and professional. They came out same day to evaluate the situation and provided professional advise on what was needed to resolve the issue. Also, the manager Jamie was very professional and supportive through the entire process. I highly recommend this company!!!
