Exceptional
Cleanest hotel room I have EVER stayed in!! The location is a bit remote and the hotel has no food options so just be prepared otherwise you’ll have to trek down the mountain into town to get anything! My girlfriend and I came for Valentine’s Day and it was PERFECT! We stayed in the Lodge on the third floor in a room that had a heart shaped jacuzzi and spectacular views! The thing that stood out was how clean the room was! They truly care about your experience and that’s unusual in today’s world!! Will definitely be back!!
Disappointing No heat, water went out, no response from emergency maintenance when we called and left a message It was a beautiful location close to warm springs and pine mountain

Loved the looks of the room and the view, needs a lot of maintenance Flushed toilet as soon as we got in the room late that evening and it was stopped up there was 2 plungers so apparently they knew it had problems it never went down we were not able to use toilet checked out early because we needed to find a restroom. Wasp in the room killed 2 before we went to bed, highly allergic and several lady bugs everywhere Loved the location and the view

Was not as pictured. View. Had a kids party there. Was loud. Woke up at 5 with neighbors shower pipes making loud noises. Room was not clean. Shower had green substance covering drain and in floor. Was to nasty to use so did was unable to use!! In a hole. Definitely not mountain top
Not enjoyable. Pool was drained. No mention about it on website. The lodge had a plumbing issue so we were changed to the inn. The room was so small not what we wanted for our getaway. We stayed off the resort most of the time because we felt tight in the inn and there was noting to do since the pool was closed. Mountain views and tranquillity
Poor Flecken (Stockflecken) auf dem Bettlaken und Haare auf einem Kopfkissen. Die Toilette hatte noch Rückstände vom Vorgänger. Das Zimmer viel zu klein für zwei Personen. Aber das wäre nicht so schlimm gewesen, wenn es nicht so muffig feucht gerochen hätte. Sogar unsere Kleidung hat den Geruch angenommen.
