I can see where people would have been drawn here at one time. We were very disappointed. We could have stayed in town f The pictures online were much nicer than in person and the tv remotes did not work. We called the office multiple times and nothing was done. There were little things about the property that we let go, but $400 for two nights and no one cared our tv didn’t work is a little ridiculous. It was close-ish to a family wedding.
Not worth the price. We had an after hours check-in and the map provided locating the Lodge left much to be had. The tub had a huge blue ring stain inside. Additionally the hand grip on the wall of the tub ripped out of the tub. When you check in to room you do not expect to find a used bar of soap on the bathroom sink.
Far from Hallmark movie... I wish I knew we were on the bottom floor. The noise above us was unbearable, and Warm Springs is NOTHING like a Hallmark movie. There was literally nothing to do but hike or go to Calloway Gardens. Everything closed by 3 pm. The staff, room at the lodge and view was awesome.
Okay The lady at check-in needs a master course in customer service. She was confused and wasn’t in the most pleasant of moods.

It was interesting 🤔. No elevator, all steps. Spiders in my room. Around the drain it was green. Having to take the trash out when I left. No breakfast at this location. I brought my own. I had to take my own trash out when we left. I ended up killing two spiders before I left. We were on the second floor near trees and I was glad we didn't see any snakes. A total waste of my time in my fuel and I never got to stay at the facility Due to an incompetent worker I never got to stay they canceled my room without my notification they told me while I was driving they had called that I had to go online to register with the facility I’m in my car I don’t have a computer or computer access therefore I told her if this is a problem Let’s just go ahead and cancel the reservation the young lady told me it was too late to cancel the reservation so without my knowledge they did cancel the r... read more
I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was not satisfied with the location, because it was too conjested. The room was too small even for two ppl. We left the premises, didn't use the room. You have to drive a distance to try and find a nice restaurant. Most close early on Sunday, if they open. N/A

I didn't enjoy anything other than a place to sleep. Placed in a location closer to amenities I was sold on. The location was horrible, three or four miles from the main office where the pool was located.

Awful experience Arrived after a six hour journey and the last half an hour a not very comfortable area to drive around. We arranged for out of office hours key to be left (a very short time window for check-in) Key had a number 5 on it and the key didn’t fit door 5 opposite. We pride ourselves on a very clean and safe environment for our staff and our guest. Looks like you booked a room at our Lodge through a third party and tried using your key at one of our Inn rooms.
