Disappointing Pool was not in service, However they did give a small discount for this. In addition the water in the shower was cold, very uncomfortable. They did not offer any compensation for this. Cost of the room what is too high for this type of lodging

Rooms are clean and comfy but you may not have running water We drove for 3.5 hours to spend a full day here. We arrived to find the pool was closed and waiting for repairs and it looked like it had been closed some time. The water pressure was very little in the showers that night and the next day we had no water at all. Our kids were filthy from our hike and we couldn't even wash our hands. The view is amazing but their are a lot of things that could've been better. I don't like that the jacuzzi heart shaped hot tub didn't work our whole stay, we had to drive to the pool (1 mile), & the last 2 days of our stay the pool was unexpected closed (we didn't find out until we drove to the pool) smh. The view from our room was breathtaking. Also the view from the pool was nice.

We tested the jacuzzi tub prior to your arrival and after your departure for the next guests and found no issues. We tried notifying all in-house guests regarding the pool issues and apologize for any inconvenience.

Maybe they could open the door of the room when nobody is there There was a bad smell in the room like smell of a dirty carpet The view was nice

Get It Together Our room was very dusty. We had to do a lot of extra cleaning. Had a spider coming from the ceiling over the bed. The water in the Jacuzzi ran very slow, it would have took hours to fill it. No lighting over in the Jacuzzi area. Rockers should be at everyone room. Cats everywhere and housekeeping is feeding them. Check in should be at 3 and check out at 11. At our check in we had to wait until after 4. The balcony had a great view. The location of the lodge was great.

Fair Options for food could have been better. The front desk could have been better knowledgeable about food options. When we went into town at 6 p.m there were no food options. We ended up at Callaway resorts to get food, so my preference might be to book at callaway the next time. The rooms were very clean and quaint. The surroundings were beautiful. The pool was very nice.
