Fair The listing made it seem like we had a pool view and a pretty one. But we didn't have a pool view. The view wasn't good at all. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and out TV remote wouldn't work. Also, Our comforter had blood stains. The pool wasn't open, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it wouldn't be.

Clean room, some maintenance needed to be done Hottub was broken and half the lights in the ceiling fan were out. Was really looking forward to the hottub . Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm (winter visit).

Mountain Top Inn & Resort isn’t worth staying at in my opinion. Room was infested with ants. They were in bed, on walls, etc. Manager was no help. We ended up leaving a day early. Shower also leaked, and there was no housekeeping (we had to go buy our own toilet paper and empty our own trash). Pine Mountain is a nice place to visit, but I would stay somewhere else other than Mountain Top Inn & Resort.
Fair I feel out was too expensive for the room. But it was clean! Beds, sheets, and pillows at cheap and not comfortable. Other rooms had a jacuzzi which I expected to have. We were in a handicapped accessible room which we did not request or need.

Bad Water from next room running into my room Nothing I left a day early
Fair Pool closed early, pillows were awful. The ac and fan in our room was so loud we couldn't use them. And we couldn't switch rooms because no one was in the office. Beautiful location
