Bad taking ice cold showers I didn't like anything. I needed a warm shower puts one in a bad way

Disappointed, will not be back. See above. The little amenities would have made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. We don't feel we received value for the price we paid. Have no problem with rustic, suggest more than one comfortable chair, another bedside table and lamp. Lamp on desk and a lamp by the chairs for reading. No place in bathroom for personal items, except for back of commode. Hot water not hot enough. Overhead skylight dirty and over bed??? Disappointing They wouldn’t give us a room with a jet tub. Even though I called ahead. We also wanted to stay past 10am and they couldn’t accommodate us. We really wanted to get some extra sleep. Check out should be later in my opinion. The location is absolutely beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The interiors were nice and the place was clean.

Bad Yes. There was no hot water. There was a huge skylight over our bed that we were not advised about prior to reserving. The place was dirty. Have been going there for years. Never had a room like this. Will not be back

Fair The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was not real friendly. I always felt I was asking too much when going in for ice. No service probably due to Covid but at least they could inquire if we needed more towels or to take out the trash from the 2 tiny trash containers. The side walks at the inn were not swept and flower boxes were empty. Those two things alone could have made the place more appealing. WEAK NOT MUCH ! NOT MUCH, WE LIVED OUT OF A CIGAR BOX . EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED . WARM SPRINGS IS A DEAD TOWN NO REST. WERE OPEN HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN, FOR DINNER .
