VERY Disappointing The room backed up to a community room (with only an interior door connecting to this room) which I was ASSURED there would be no events in during my stay. WRONG!! There was an event that evening and first thing early the next morning. VERY Noisy and the office closes at 6P and no one can be reached. We left a day early because of this situation and in the last two weeks have spoken to three different front office people explaining the situation and asking for a refund for one nights lodging. Needs Maintenance And Updating! Cable kept going in and out not due to weather. Shower ran out of hot water and drain was clogged up. Toilet was not an adult size. Needed more lighting in the room. Jacuzzi inside paint was chipped and outdated, could not used due to lack of hot water. Lodge needs updating and maintenance work. Lodge was good location between Pine Mtn. and Warm Springs and easy to access. Staff lady that worked on the day we checked out, Sept. 21, 2021 was helpful and listened to our concerns.

Fair Smoke alarm keep going off. Toilet wouldn't flush. Internet went out every few minutes. A roach in the refrigerator. Porch was dirty. Pool was almost a mile. Great view. Bed was comfortable.
Mountian top inn The sun roof, the room wasn't cleaned properly, and the staff was rude. The pool even though it was smaller than looked in pictures.

Me and my daughter give it a 2.5 rating. We both agreed on that. If you have a bad experience any where you go if you sleep in a nice comfy bed then it is OK. If you have awful beds and they where then not so good!! Early check in. They were friendly.

Ok but not resort quality. Small soap and shampoo from CHINA! Who knows what’s in it! Poor lighting. Skylight that remained open that let in morning rays awakens before set time for getting up. Air conditioner preset at 72 degrees—not able to lower it. No clothes hangers. Inadequate parking. Unpleasant receptionist. None

Very Poor Absolutely not what it said”Resort” We were out in no where & nothing there but a bunch of rooms- not resemble a resort. Bathroom had nowhere to put anything down on. Concept good but not what it was in reality

The Lodge where you stayed has spectacular views, a lawn with park grills, firepit, horseshoes etc., and our seasonal pool is a guest favorite as well.
