We joined based on the classes that they offered and the daycare option. One month after joining three of the classes were canceled and never came back. When my child was five months old, I watched one of the daycare girls hold my daughter on her hip with one hand like she was a-year-old. When my daughter fell backwards, because of her lack of neck strength, the girl had to literally catch her from falling. NEVER went back.

Flexible hours and great staff. I really enjoy working out on their equipment! Also attend many classes to which I'm never disappointed, and I haven't even been a member a full year. Definitely will renew this membership and recommend to many of my friends!

Was a member for many years! I cancelled because a lot of the equipment was not working for a long time. Then they charged us a yearly fee to maintain the equipment. Lol what a joke! I was disappointed for sure!

Most of the Mountainsides are really nice with the exception of the Carefree Highway location. Old equipment, machines broken since 5/1 still not fixed, old and overused spin bikes always breaking, towel baskets and sanitary machine wipes often empty! Issues with this gym common theme on neighborhood news feed...Needs serious attention!

I absolutely HATE the gym... Like on joke. I'm the kind of person that has to have someone hold my hand at the gym, 'cause I feel like a lost puppy and don't know what to do. Well, that all changed the day I walked into Mountainside! I was happily greeted by the front desk staff and set up with one of the staff members and got signed up, mostly 'cause I wanted to do Zumba. The whole process was quick, painless and quite simple. I've been a member there for over two years and personally I can't wait till they build another gym because I'll leave mountainside in a heartbeat. It's way over priced it's almost always crammed with people and the playlist they play is a joke. The songs make you want to go to Bed how am I suppose to work out with Gabriel Iglesias in the background

I just joined Mountainside Fitness (MF) oat the Arrowhead location with my BFF. So far my experience has been outstanding. Met with Brian in the personal training Dept for 1 hour consultation. He was very knowledgeable & we learned a lot about all components for a successful lifestyle change! Now I have visited their Carefree & I17 location since it's closer to my house - so if my BFF isn't working out I still go ... Just to Carefree location instead. It's clean, staff is wonderful. Trainer, Josh, is the greatest, worked around my injuries and keeps it fun. I've lost 25 pounds!

I love the Surprise and Carefree location! Childcare is amazing and the Zumba classes keep me coming back week after week! Monthly rates won't break the bank and I love the new app that keeps me posted on class schedules and upcoming events!
