The Mountainside fitness north Phoenix location is reneging on contractual commitments. I purchased a $3700 personal training package, and they are refusing to honor the unlimited expiration date portion of it. Jeremy the general manager there is on accommodating and unhelpful. Don't do personal training through mountain fitness

Really nice place. Basketball court, Sauna, Steam room, and good variety of equipment. I like most all of the staff. Smoothie bar is good. My kids love the play center. I was gonna leave 4 stars bc they dont have a pool, but they excel with what they have.

No only does the gym have all the equipment necessary to keep my workouts new and fun after the remodel, but it is cared for by a team of friendly and attentive staff. As a new mom, I am so thankful for the child care center within the gym. A special shout out to all the ladies that give extra attention to my little one so her mommy can get in a completed workout. We joined based on the classes that they offered and the daycare option. One month after joining three of the classes were canceled and never came back. When my child was five months old, I watched one of the daycare girls hold my daughter on her hip with one hand like she was a-year-old. When my daughter fell backwards, because of her lack of neck strength, the girl had to literally catch her from falling. NEVER went back.

Flexible hours and great staff. I really enjoy working out on their equipment! Also attend many classes to which I'm never disappointed, and I haven't even been a member a full year. Definitely will renew this membership and recommend to many of my friends!

Was a member for many years! I cancelled because a lot of the equipment was not working for a long time. Then they charged us a yearly fee to maintain the equipment. Lol what a joke! I was disappointed for sure!

Most of the Mountainsides are really nice with the exception of the Carefree Highway location. Old equipment, machines broken since 5/1 still not fixed, old and overused spin bikes always breaking, towel baskets and sanitary machine wipes often empty! Issues with this gym common theme on neighborhood news feed...Needs serious attention!

I absolutely HATE the gym... Like on joke. I'm the kind of person that has to have someone hold my hand at the gym, 'cause I feel like a lost puppy and don't know what to do. Well, that all changed the day I walked into Mountainside! I was happily greeted by the front desk staff and set up with one of the staff members and got signed up, mostly 'cause I wanted to do Zumba. The whole process was quick, painless and quite simple. I've been a member there for over two years and personally I can't wait till they build another gym because I'll leave mountainside in a heartbeat. It's way over priced it's almost always crammed with people and the playlist they play is a joke. The songs make you want to go to Bed how am I suppose to work out with Gabriel Iglesias in the background
