Mediocre customer service. I trained with them after purchasing 6 sessions. They rush you in and out in 30 minutes for a "session." Felt weird at that point. In another session afterward I had to got to the hospital for a breakdown of kinase . Basically felt like I was having a heart attack. $1800 hospital visit mind you. After that I was done going back. Tried multiple times to get a refund but they never responded. All in all mediocre corporate customer service. Never got any call or emails from the supervisors. Cancele... read more

Diane Lee is an exceptional trainer. I researched personal trainers in the area to assist me with my health and fitness journey. I've had multiple injuries and been diagnosed with a labral hip tear. It can be extremely painful and cause pain in other areas as well. Diane evaluated me and has been extremely helpful in increasing my strength, balance and endurance. She understands body anatomy and the best movement and weight to build muscle strength without causing pain or injury. It is so important at this stage in my life. ... read more

Really no complaints for the price. Full set of free weights and machines as well as lots cardio options and stations. "Most" times enough stations that you can blast thru your workout without a wait. Got childcare, massage chairs, basketball, Sauna, Steam, and a couple rooms for group spinning and exercise class, what else could someone want for a very reasonable price ? If there was anything to be improved it would be extended evening hours F/S/Su yeah I work out late if I could, also more water flow for the showers and sh... read more

I love this gym for many reasons (cleanliness, staff and the vast amount of different workout areas) but most of all the childcare is what keeps me coming back everyday. The manager and workers truly pay attention to the children and want the parents to have an enjoyable workout without worries.

This has been the worst gym I've ever been to..... It is ALWAYS crowded, I can never finish a full workout and end up having to go home to finish the rest as most of the equipment is in use or they don't have it. Not worth the daily frustration.

Don't come if you're trying to get a good workout in. Great facility with equipment (if kept up). First grip is the machines such as erg rowers and truform runner. Batteries are completely dead. Second, If your trying to lift other than deadlift and rack pulls since that's seems to be the only movement being performed on the rig. Their, don't get your hopes up about gym ethics no one will ask if you're using the workout area. If you're a parent trying to escape your teenager. Good luck! Someone else's teenager will ruin your... read more

The gym itself is fine. However, in today's climate it is a public health concern. Their mask policy is a farce. Even the staff don't wear mask or wear them inappropriately, eg... Alexander. Then there is the patrons less then half wear a mask correctly. Most use them as chin diapers. Now I agree people have a choice to not use this facility, but I feel it's important information for those that want a safe and clean environment to workout. This place is not that. And if you think covid is hype....come to work with me one day... read more
