The trainers at this gym are AMAZING. Nancy Romero is so fun and energetic with GREAT music that helps you push through all your workouts.
What can I say! I love taking many classes here, but I would love to highlight a special instructor who is always positive, brings the best energy and is a great support. Nancy teaches at Happy Valley,Carefree and Peoria and it's so amazing, each class is challenging, but always fun and has the best energy
Nancy is a great workout instructor!! She changes up the workouts each week and plays great music! She makes me want to attend every Thursday!
mountainside is great and has been a good fit for our family. the kids enjoy the kids club and although it's a bit crowded, we always get a good workout in
I absolutely love all of Nancy's classes. I can't recommend her enough! She creates workouts that are challenging, motivating, and fun, no matter your fitness level. Her knowledge, encouragement, and genuine passion for helping others reach their goals really set her apart. Noah Goman is great and is always super good at greeting customers. Carefree mountainside always has such positive staff that are very encouraging.
Dave's a G, and Noah at the front desk is a 10/10 human being.but them needing a second fee on your membership to use stuff is lame
Love Reid their Fitness Trainer and Doni who greets you with smile door. Cardio and the is wonderful here.
