Great amenities and their childcare option is awesome. The kids love to go to the gym while mom and dad workout. Highly recommend!

This gym is awesome. The employees are friendly, experienced and professional. Zack, my trainer, is the best trainer I've ever had. He is the primary reason I continue to go to this gym. I get feedback all the time from friends and family about how great I look. Honestly, I have never felt better in the way I look and feel about myself. Thanks Zack -- you're the best!!!

As much as I love the people that work at Mountainside fitness, I am highly disappointed in their corporate practices. I have been with Mountainside on an off for about 9 years, and loved them. I have always been under contract without any problems...until now. 2 months ago I noticed that my dues, which came out of my bank account automatically, went up by a dollar, when I called they said " it's in your contract." Nobody has said anything about it, and finding it in the contract requires a magnifying glass. What's the point... read more

Moved back to Arizona and decided to give these guys a try since they are the only decent club in this area by default. As suspected upon trying a five day pass they wanted me to sit on the side and wait for their sales manager, who is nothing short of pathetic, to come and Try and walk me through the club. Mountainside is a great place to workout! It is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Carly helped me find a membership that perfectly suited my needs! She was so helpful! I recommend mountainside to anyone looking for a place to workout.

Mediocre customer service. I trained with them after purchasing 6 sessions. They rush you in and out in 30 minutes for a "session." Felt weird at that point. In another session afterward I had to got to the hospital for a breakdown of kinase . Basically felt like I was having a heart attack. $1800 hospital visit mind you. After that I was done going back.
