Convenient location and operating hours with nice kids room area. Free weight area is big enough with enough options to achieve my goals.
the equipment is very modern and no so crowded a big plus for me. the bathroom is clean and looks nice the parking lot is good easy access to the gym
Good equipment. Happy staff. Great spin class with the best ever trainer, Lorie Karn. Her sport cycle class is based on using the real cycling muscles, which is perfect for me. I've been a member for about 10 years. They provide small hand towels and bath towels. It's a small thing, but really big for me.
Great fitness facility. It has a full complement of equipment and amenities. It is kept very clean and the folks are friendly and helpful. It is definitely well managed.
