I've been going to this location for almost 4 years. Great people work here. Awesome layout. Theo has great energy and is a very helpful employee.
This place is kind of dirty and gross, and looks like it hasn't been updated since it opened. The biggest problem is they charged me some random $48 fee 3 months after I signed up for a month-to-month membership. The fee is not disclosed on their website or in the agreement I signed, and they claim it's for "maintenance and upkeep," which must be a joke based on what the place looks like.
This is one of the best locations! The space and placement of the machines is perfect to get a great workout in and not feel like someone else is training on top of you. The childcare is my most favorite part about this location Melissa is the best and provides the best care for my kids. Super clean gym!!
I was out of state and asked to place membership on hold. They said no. Has to be someone in person. Asked them to cancel my membership. They said no, has to be in person. Credit card expired. They continued to charge me, mind you I have not used their services and I was out of state. Sent me to collections.
No complaints, always clean and friendly staff members. Love the classes they have to offer!
After I moved out of state they wouldn't let me cancel my membership over the phone. I had to fly all the way back to Phoenix to cancel it a few months later after contacting them multiple times and they charged me a past due balance. This is the most ridiculous policy I've ever encountered from a business. I mean even the most worthless subscription programs I've ever signed up for have at least let me cancel over the phone.
FANTASTIC NEW LOCATION!!! Always clean and very helpful staff!!! All the amenities are as good as it gets!
Less than zero customer service. I started a membership and paid the premium plus $15 a month to have unlimited use of the massage chairs. Long story short it is not unlimited use it's 10 , 15 minute uses and then the machine blocks you and tells you to upgrade your package again. You also cannot use your unlimited massage more than once a day. The customer service was kind however, they had no clue why the unlimited massage was limited.
