I was very nervous at the start of the application because of a bad experience with another lender. Mark made this experience a pleasure, especially his quick response time. He was also able to provide an answer to my sometimes silly questions. I'm really looking to getting rid of this old debt and will never fall for the credit card offers at stores.

Michael and I developed a rapport almost immediately. He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The education I received on the nuances of loan financing (that no loan officer has ever brought to my attention) will benefit me beyond the current loan.
