I felt like Mark was available any time, day or night. He was able to get everything we originally hoped for and more. Little pushy at times (haha) but I know it’s a necessity that comes with the job. And in the end, he got things done, even if the title company was a pain in the end!

The communication was great. Anytime I had a question they answered it within a hour. The app let me see at all times where we were in the process and was easy to use. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite.

A little more communication, ar times I didn't know what was happening or didn't know what to do next but part of that was my fault because I didn't ask enough questions
