Lender did not take full advantage of closing credits, resulting in us receiving a higher interest rate than needed. When made aware of the issue, acknowledged it was an oversight, but said it was too late to fix the issue. We are now paying ~$900/yr in interest more than we needed to.

Rob is slow to respond, does not answer questions in full, late to deliver, and we have to double and sometimes triple check his work to make sure we are on the same page. This last refinancing process was a struggle, we were promised our loan would not be sold and it was sold. We chose Mutual of Omaha for a multitude of reasons, primarily the promise that our loan would not be sold and that the no-cost refinancing was hassle free. Neither of those have turned out to be true.

Every step of our original loan process and refinance process with Rob has been a headache. He doesn't fully answer our questions and sold us on false information. I hope this review makes it to Rob's supervisor, we have had an extremely unpleasant experience working with him.

didn't have to upload documents that was duplicate of efforts. communication was great however in end it has tailed off. i still haven't received funds from the closing. this process i started back in Aug & just now closing end of November.

Kin was very nice and communicative, but we encountered some changes in our rate and errors that slipped into our disclosures that made us feel pretty anxious about the final amounts (the titla costs jumped from 1.6k to 4.6k in the second disclosure). In the end, the interest rate was very good, even though we did not get the discount we discussed initially. My rating is more for the process itself that was anxiety inducing, but in the end we were really pleased with the spped of approving the loan and the final product.

Communication was lacking. We had an issue with our seller concessions that we asked about three weeks before closing. Doug said he would call us back to discuss. We were not called back and the issue continued through closing. He called us after papers were signed to tell us that we needed to re-sign and deal with the issue after closing.
