Was not happy with the 3 and 1/2 hour invasive home inspection of my home after initially being told that the home inspection may be waived or could possibly be a drive-by inspection.

The process is so burdensome and the platforms are not user friendly. Mutual also made an error in my final ALTA and up to the last minute no one could tell me what the numbers were. Kim was out of town. She later blamed her colleague then blamed the title company. When I shared emails that showed it was mutuals mistake she finally admitted it.

Everyday it was something different. Do this, do that and do it today. Plans changed every time we talked. He would use abbreviations in communication like lmk. Communication needs to be professional. Almost didn’t have the deal at all even until the last minute.

Well, Eric’s team communicated very well. Erik himself was not very communicative and when he did communicate, he talked over me and did not take my concerns seriously and just kept using the phrase if you don’t hear from me, that’s a good thing.
