Arrived broken and leaking (posted by Jay) I ordered two from lomems serire. The two cartridges arrived, both with inside portion broken. Black granules were all over the inside of the Amazon box and the outer, Amazon box was undamaged. There was black charcoal-like dust all over both cartridges. I am returning these for refund as I can't put these in my hot tub.

Not Working for Me I've been using this system for a month now and it just doesn't work. That odor that people refer to is due to bacteria, which is gross! I used the scented MPS but that doesn't cover the smell. I ended up adding dichlor twice a week to keep the odor away, but if I have to add more chemicals then we can definitely say that this isn't a natural solution. Also, my spa is often cloudy and the MPS doesn't help as much as it should.

Mineral stick plus ozonator not powerful enough I used this product in combination with my built-in ozonator. According to the manufacturer this combination would be sufficient for sanitizing the spa. After a few uses, the water was cloudy and smelled funky like there was bacterial growth.
