It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Get directionsService men showed up and offered other services for cash. Soon as I declined they were ready to leave Claimed my gutters were too clogged. Waste of good money. Treated terribly by customer service.
They charged my account 1.5 weeks before even doing the job. I called them to make sure they intended to come. My ratings are low because this wasn't a big deal job. My top downspout was blocked with debris and I needed someone to clean it out. The two men they sent were fine, and I would rate them with 5 stars. The business itself I found to be a little off-putting. I felt they should have told me when I phoned them to make the appointment that they would charge me upfront, before the job was even started.
They said theyd be out in a few days. A week later they said they couldnt find the house. Turns out they had entered the wrong address! Again they said theyd be out probably Tuesday and they finally showed up Wednesday afternoon. Frustrating!
I wasn't too happy with this company. They constantly tried to up-sale me. I've received way too many emails from them. They told me there was a problem with my service (once they "completed" the job) and I needed to call the office only to find out that they wanted to offer me an additional service. On one set of gutters, I have gutter guards and they were supposed to just clean them up. They told me the price I paid did not include wiping down the sides of the gutters, so they still look very dirty.
I was fortunate to be home. They had only done part of the job and packed up to leave. They also could not communicate well as they spoke little English. I spoke to a supervisor and was able to explain that only part of the job was complete. Unfortunately I couldnt tell what type of job they did on the upper gutters. They were more concerned about signing us up for more services.
I was told that the contents of the gutter would be left in a bag, so I could see what was removed. No bag was left, and the hose didn't move from where I left it. I wasn't sure that the work had been done. My brother in law came to the house to help with something else, and brought a ladder. He confirmed that the gutter was clear.

Terrible at scheduling the appointment and working with you if you want to be there for the cleaning. The two guys they sent to do the work were polite and accommodating; it's just their business model is all about cranking out the work and not really about the customer.
There is no scheduled time for the work to be done. They said they would be out within a week in which they were. The gutter stayed secure for a day. The roof did not leak before they started but it leaked when they were finished
