It all started in 1965. A milkman named Ned Stevens became friendly with the customers on his route. Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

Get directionsThey do not remove screens for window cleaning. They just brush over the screen. They never told me this over the phone. Also customer service is very poor. The first date they were scheduled they never showed up. I called that afternoon and was told they did not have a record of my service. Waited another week for the next appt and they never showed up and never called. Finally on the third appt they arrived. Crew barely spoke English.
There seemed to be a lot of confusion about what work was to be done even after I carefully explained the job to the person. I specifically asked them to repair my downspouts, which they didn't do. They just cleaned them. When I called back, they said the repair would require a second job, which I reluctantly approved. But the repair job was pretty shoddy overall and I wished I had done it myself. Cleaned gutters only nominally. Cleaned surrounding area insufficiently. I spoke to them both about area clean-up. Answer: No problem, boss. The two seemed to be in rush to leave.
I hired this company to clean my gutters back on 6-24-18. They gave me a window of 10 days to do job. They have never shown. I have called twice and was informed I was still on list and that they had equipment problems so were a little behind. They would only book job if I gave Credit card over phone. It�s been 18 days and still no show. Not happy.
Not sure if my gutters are really that bad, but seems like the central call center that all calls go to are on a full throttle sell sell sell mode.
Constantly trying to sell services that I don't need or want. Tried to convince me one gutter needed replacement. During a heavy rain, it functioned perfectly. I stopped using another company years ago for these same reasons and won't use this company again either.
They required me to pay in advance of their gutter cleaning for a whole year. Then they never showed up after waiting 3 weeks from the date I signed up for their annual plan. They will not set a date for the service which was frustrating as well. Their price for 4 gutter cleanings a year was fair but everything else was negative.
Too much blowing not enough hand removing ..blown all over my house and property window sills I had to go out and blow what I could reach sides of house outside chairs etc.Never had that problem with cleaning because a bucket and hand cleaning used. This was a quick fix for them 20 minutes left puddles of water in the driveway lawn set canceled grass cutting cause it was wet..First and last time!
They accepted credit card payment and disappeared. Haven�t heard beans from them since they accepted payment. Work has not been scheduled or started. I have no idea what they are doing. Service is nonexistent
