Too much blowing not enough hand removing ..blown all over my house and property window sills I had to go out and blow what I could reach sides of house outside chairs etc.Never had that problem with cleaning because a bucket and hand cleaning used. This was a quick fix for them 20 minutes left puddles of water in the driveway lawn set canceled grass cutting cause it was wet..First and last time!
They accepted credit card payment and disappeared. Haven�t heard beans from them since they accepted payment. Work has not been scheduled or started. I have no idea what they are doing. Service is nonexistent

I wanted my gutters cleaned and the corner leaks fixed. A team of 2 came and rapidly cleaned the gutters - which had few leaves but a lot of sand in them! The men spoke little or no English so when I asked about fixing the leaks they just said call the office. I called the office and was told I had not ordered the fixing - a lie. They also said they could fix the leaks for over $400 extra!!! On July 3 they are coming to wash the house - fingers crossed. They said they would also fix the gutters for free. They were only at my house for 20 minutes. Don't think all gutters were cleaned. Cleaned the front but never saw them go up and do back top.
I called these people. I live in Newburgh New York. I called them almost 2 weeks ago on 6/4/18. I've called them back 3 times since. NO ONE has come to clean my gutters. Each time I call, they give me an excuse that the "weather" has been holding them back. IT HASN'T RAINED HERE IN THE PAST 10 DAYS! I don't know where HOME ADVISOR gets these ratings! Quoted one price and charged more for the removal of four gutter guides that I could if taken off myself. $50 for taking off four guides, really!!!!
They overcharged me for a job that wasn't completed. I would not recommend this company.
They collected my full payment and only to show up three weeks later and stated they cannot install the downspout due to the height of the gutter citing safety and do not have a ladder that is long enough especially when I told them the height of the home and the size of the house and where to install. They also happily took another job at my second home for gutter cleaning, but also tried to recommend upsale for gutter installation of a specific area for another more expensive job. They showed up when I was not home which they told me they could. They could not clean the gutters because I have the gutter guards which I told them I had. A week later I called them back because I had not heard anything and that's when they told me the above. I just find this very poor customer service.Also when I called to hire them they asked for a credit card at the time for payment up front.
