I've purchased multiple items that the website said were new that don't work. I was then told I couldn't return them. So I guess I wasted money, but I make sure to let people know.

Everytime i win the bet on a car they never release it saying it didnt reach the reserve (the right amount of money) whybdo you guys even call this an auction when its not ill never ever apend my money here and im foing ro tell everyone else not too
the item i bought was obviously missing the main part for it to function, yet the description gave no indication. if i had any idea i would never have bought it let alone paid the amount i did for a new perfect condition item. I understand the return policy and appreciate that i could return. however, the amount of effort to pick up and then be forced to return an item due to poor description is NOT worth the time, money, or effort.

Yep or the items - a boxspring and a bed frame were missing hardware! Both were listed as new and nothing about missing hardware was mentioned in the description. Called and left e message, but no one called me back. Maria Iordanova 602-702-6986

The girl at the counter felt like she needed to bust my ass over something that she would later admit was not my fault.
It looks like some of the auctions are fixed so that costomers are pushed into increasing thier bids. Im not an expert but it appears that some items are being inflated.
Missinformed, broken , incomplete items, rude staff, If your on the fence about trying them . RUN , dont walk , RUN to any other auction this one SUCKs
You are doing much better at pulling orders by adding more staff. This new staff does a great job getting orders pulled, loaded and moving on to next customers. I know of more than 10 buyers that have decided to stop purchasing from you due to our return ratio. That part of your staff cataloging the product either don’t care, have poor training or possible management problems in the Phoenix site.
