I strongly urge everyone - especially women - to avoid the Nissan of Athens dealership. I was shopping for a used vehicle and had worked with a very nice salesman, Ruben, for a couple days. During the negotiations I showed Reuben a cashiers check to disclosed my intention to pay cash. We finally reached an agreement on the “walk out the door” price. Went for a tire rotation and break check. 2 weeks later I had an issue and they said my back breaks were bad. Why didn't they said anything when I was in there 2 weeks prior?

Very disappointed that salesman set a false expectation upon our arrival not only was Mark rude. They completely tried to use common used car tactics and that was very distasteful. Definitely would not recommend anyone whom I knew. Not to mention we drove almost 3 hours to under false pretenses. They do no like if you have your own finance company which should say a lot in itself. The car also had been involved in a accident whether at fault or not. They overfilled my brake fluid reservoir, left used motor oil on the underside of my truck, and then bent my transmission support crossmember.

I came in to buy a vehicle I was leasing. I waited for over 2 hours for the finance folks to see me. Salesperson was nice but finance manager was quite rude. He barely spoke to me when I finally saw him, didn't explain what he doing or the process, and was rude to his employees. Not a pleasant experience. I would not come back to this dealership to purchase a car.

I found a car online that I really liked and wanted to buy. I was literally ready to hand over a check for the full amount. I asked if it was available and Jessica told me it was and when would I like to see it. I texted, called, and emailed with no answer. Then I called and Demetrius answered the phone. I bought 4 tires and expected them to be delivered with the recommended pressure, I received between 45 psi and 36 psi. The recommended is 32 psi. I don't know who did the job of putting the new tires on.
