I love the Beetle, but unfortunately my purchase experience could have been better. Jason was very attentive, which was appreciated. He was very helpful in getting all the necessary paperwork together for our purchase before we came. He had to email me a few things for my bank, and he was very prompt with all communication. The car was given to me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I asked if this was an oversight and Jason said that only new cars were sold with a full tank of gas. I appreciated them letting me leave my car there until I could tow it home.
Came in to get a new ac compressor on. Then my car would not start in the service bay. They checked it out and said it was the battery terminals and charge me $ 180.00. the next at home the battery was dead. Fill it with about 28 oz for water and put it on a charger for 10 hours and is just find. It's only 2 years old and a Nissan battery. They sold me something I didn't need.
Follow on services are always incomplete. Communication is poor. They just want to make the sale.
Had an appointment for 9:15am was not seen until 12pm Very unhappy customer! Felt like there was no need to make an appointment if I had to wait that long!
That was a bad service I never see in my life, just for oil change, I spent more than 5 hours, and they broke one peace of my car. Never go to this place for services
If someone schedules an appointment and it’s the quick oil change service they should not have to wait over 2 hours to get it done.
I have always received exceptional service, until my visit on 5/17. I came in for my normal oil & filter change and tire rotation. I was told that the rotation would be $50. This has always been a free service in the past (I have receipts that prove). As of now, I plan to use a very reputable service center within 5 minutes of my house. They will do my oil & filter change, along with tire rotation MUCH cheaper than that!! I will also eliminate the 45+ minutes drive to Nissan of Athens.
