"Great service except . . ." Service was personal and everything I was concerned about was checked into if not fixed. Specifically, my 2018 Rogue was experiencing rattling while idling in gear, due for an oil change, AV screen getting stuck or blank with lines, and strange grinding sensation under driver side floor. Too early to tell if all issues are resolved, but all concerns were addressed and checked into. Big issue is not able to reach cashier or operator when I was transferred from service.
