"Great customer service " Service representative was really friendly, explained everything in detail. Great customer service.. He advised it would take approximate 1 hour and my oil change was done in less than 1 hour!!! Highly commend Downtown LA Nissan for service!!

"Very nice, friendly service." Although this place gets crazy busy, the service members are always very kind and patient. They took great care of my car, and never upsell me on anything or make me feel bad when I can't afford the recommended maintenance. They're really great. I got in early and my car was done within the hour - usually not that fast but they're awesome. Helen helped me the most and she was funny, patient and a pleasure to work with.
