After 30 years of driving Nissans I am done. Two lousy service customer experiences in a row at this dealership is enough to sour me on the Nissan brand. It is very much becoming a "down market" experience at Nissan oy McKinney (and now, they charge a sur-charge to use credit card...3%. Incredible from a brand like Nissan). Went in for oil change and tire rotation at 9:00 am and was able to leave after 1:30 pm. Not my best experience, and I won't be going back there for service in the future!!

I was very dissatisfied with both Nissan customer service and the warranty! One of the front drivers side sensors was malfunctioning. The cloudy picture taken by the shop showed some pings in the sensor, which are present in the other sensors, all of which work just fine. I was told it was not covered due to "impact damage". If the sensors are that sensitive, it sounds more like a Nissan quality issue. I love the Armada, but will go back to Toyota for the warranty coverage they offer.

Car broke down a week after buying a car here. Told me theres nothing they could do even tho I paid for a year warranty. Terrible experience do not go here.

The salesman Jacob was so focused on selling me a car, that he was pressing me to get in any car. He wasnt trying to help me find a car that would be a good fit for me. It took a full day for them to get the car ready for me to take home. When I picked the car up, it was dirty inside. When I purchase my next car it will not be with Nissan of McKinney.

Unable to service vehicle as it was a GMC car that I purchased used from Nissan. After spending 5 1/2 hours in waiting room. Vehicle estimate for repairs of $770 for fixing valve cover and leaking pvc fixed at another location for $49 parts and $100 service . Took 30 minutes to install. $330 to fix air pressure sensor. Bought 4 GMC parts for $69 and $28 for Discount tires to install and pressure sensor works.

Would not recommend stopping there for any kind of service service manager along with their customer service crew don't know how to treat people they were so rude and racist.

1) Service desk member did not even note down my odometer number correctly. 2) Bought a gas cap from them and they installed it. It always shows maintenance required regarding the gas cap. When I visit them to check, they say that diagnostics should be done for $189 and they never fixed it. 3) Billing dept tried to overprice my service which is different from their online rate, instore rate. 4) When I asked them to apply my service points for the price they said their systems are down 5) Overall I am unsatisfied with their s... read more

Bait and switch. Provided one price to fix tire pressure system, when I returned a few weeks later Nissan decided that other items needed to be replaced at double the initial charge. What started out as a $180 repair quickly escalated well north of $500. If that would have been the initial estimate, I never would have had the repair done as it was a convenience repair, not necessary.
