I am so happy with the service the employee provided me, he explained to me very clear about the problem the vehicle had to be solved.
I have been a loyal customer of Glendale Nissan for 6 years. However, my service manager left the dealership. I was hesitant to try Van Nuys Nissan, even though it is much closer to my house than Glendale Nissan, because I have heard mixed reviews of the service. Gabriel Gonzalez changed my mind. He is an amazing service manager. There was no "hard-selling" or pressure to do anything. He was respectful and actually cared about my experience. Well done, Van Nuys Nissan!

The most friendly, curate and organized service department ,you can find. VERY happy with them.They are very informative, specially Gabriel Gonzalez, has the best attitude and very patient. I recomend everyone if they go there for service,,, they better ask for him.
Each time I have gone to this dealership, I've gotten immediate and fantastic service. I had an emergency with my tire on a Saturday when the dealership was close to closing time and Luciano got it taken care of right away. He even went above and beyond and had the car washed, as well. Great service, couldn't have asked for better.
Upon entering I was greeted Jorge Rodriguez who was very helpful, walked in there and I felt like I was treated like family as if I had know the guy for 20 years and I knew him for 20 minutes. Great customer service I would definitely recommend any one that wants to take their car there for service to do so.
