I just want to say that this dealership is AWESOME!! I dealt with Michael Villano which I believe is the Service manager at this location. I brought my car moments before closing time this past Saturday 7/16/16 with a bit of an emergency. Not only did my car get the repair done that day but because most of the service department was already done for the day as it was closing time, he actually did the work personally! I called in and Michael Villano told me I could come in right away to get my battery checked out, as I was having problems that day with my car not starting. I came in and Michael had my battery tested, then replaced with a new one as the old one was bad. Great service, everyone was friendly, even got a courtesy car wash!
Excellent Service. I was assisted by Jose Diaz. Not only did he recommended me the services needed for Nissan Sentra, he also took time to explain the parts needed and its functionality. Also, assisted with getting loaner for the duration of service. Overall, a great service. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Van Nuys for their excellent service. Thank you!

Michael Villano the parts and service director helped me with my Nissan Sentra. I had just bought it three months ago from the Toyota dealership up the street. My check engine light came on and they gave me the run around and even tried to sell me a new car instead of just fixing my car or at bare minimum tell me why the light was on. So once they lie and state that everything will be taken care of by them and then another hour goes by and they cant even check my car. so they send me to Nissan and by this point I am truly an... read more
She was very helpful and I felt very comfortable. She took care of all my concerns. I love that there's more female in the service department. It's about time.
