From responding to my online request for a certain car, to closing the deal in person on a completely different car, everyone I dealt with there was amazing. It was by far the best dealer-showroom experience I'd ever had. Marie Alipio was professional and friendship from the start to the end, as were Vahan Papazian and Ari Gomez. They will be my first and hopefully only stop when it comes time to buy a second car next year.
I come in approximately every three months for service on my car. I have been your customer since 1979. Gabriel Gonzalez is my new customer service consultant since Eric Diaz is no longer there. I received excellent service on my car as usual and have great communication with Gabriel. I recommend Gabriel highly.
My visit was a,sucess. Javier helped me as soon as I got there. I had ny eye set on this one car, and guess what? Thats the car I left driving with. I would defenetly go back and look for Javier fo my future needs. I would reconnend Nissan in Van Nuys without a doubt.
I was visiting from San Diego and had a sudden transmission breakdown. Blanca put my worries away with a next day fix, on a Saturday and good will tire replacement as a safety measure! Van Nuys Nissan just surpased any dealership that I've experienced! Thanks a million!

Davit is great. He was easy going and was able to get me a really good deal without me having to haggle all day. It was a very pleasant and stress-free experience, unlike ones I've had at other dealerships, even other Nissan dealerships. I definitely recommend this location.
