Michael Villano made sure my car was serviced in a timely and efficient manner. He personally located the proper tonneau cover I asked for and purchased same for next day delivery. That's the kind of service customers really appreciate. Bob Hamilton.
A few years ago I started bringing my first Nissan to this dealership service and most of the time I was helped by Gabriel. I am on my third Nissan now and still service it in Van Nuys and this is mostly because of the great customer service provided.
Great service from him. He always treats you like you are family and that is the reason why I drive from Malibu so that he can service my car.
I always go to Nissan of vanuys to service my car and my #1 guy I always go to is Edwin he's customer service is the best I just sent my sister to him and will send my friends and family to him HES THE BEST !!!!!!!

Dealt with Carlos Hernandez as Eric Diaz left. Beside the regular service, my car needed a few more major items done, so I was provided with a very nice Altima for the several days my car was there. When my car was ready a couple of items on the receipt were not clear, so I called Carlos and he assured me that everything we discussed was performed and what we would hold over until the next service is due. I always take my car here for my oil changes. Always done Ina timely manner and they offer a shuttle drop off and pick up which is very convenient. Great customer service too!!
From responding to my online request for a certain car, to closing the deal in person on a completely different car, everyone I dealt with there was amazing. It was by far the best dealer-showroom experience I'd ever had. Marie Alipio was professional and friendship from the start to the end, as were Vahan Papazian and Ari Gomez. They will be my first and hopefully only stop when it comes time to buy a second car next year.
