We just bought a Nissan versa last night. It was a wonderful experience to deal with Javier from your internet department. I told what we are looking for and the price we want to pay out the door. He was honest and offered us a no hassle deal. It was a long drive to get to Van Nuys but he waited and had the car ready for us. We were inside the dealership for less than 45 minutes for the whole transaction. Thank Javier and Ari for staying late, and for providing us with excellent customer service!
I had an advantage coming in as my brother manages a Nissan hundreds of miles from where I live. So I received advice and even dealer invoice info by supplying him with VIN's I was interested in. I went in for an oil change on a busy Friday afternoon and Blanca took quick care of getting my car in. Evey one from the Service manager down to the tech who brought me back my car were extremely friendly . They made me feel that my time was important. I would tell everyone I know what a great service Dept this dealership has under the leadership of Mike Villano.
I sat an appointment on Saturday morning, took two hours and the service was great. Employes were respectful and gave me a clear information about the service and updates on next service. Thanks!

The best thing I ever did was buy a Nissan the second best thing I ever did was switch to this location. Super fast service, extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff make your experience amazing and Gabriel Gonzalez has made a lifetime customer of this dealership!
