The best thing I ever did was buy a Nissan the second best thing I ever did was switch to this location. Super fast service, extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff make your experience amazing and Gabriel Gonzalez has made a lifetime customer of this dealership! Keep up the good work and hopefully I only have to visit for maintenance but if not I look forward to the awesome service you guys provide!
Just wonderful. Made an appointment online droped the car off I was shuttle home I was contacted when car was ready shuttle came and picked me up they did wonderful work and I was charge less than I expected recall notices fixed top-notch to the dealership
I've brought my car here a couple of times and the service is always impeccable! My car was done way quicker than I expected and they even managed to give me a car wash. They also matched a competitive dealerships coupon!
why is it never just a oil change... Michael villano took care of me - turned out fine but took a while to get there - I will come back for another visit and take it from there
Even though a change of ownership and staff took place a couple of years back, the experience has gotten better. Straight out in simple words, professional, friendly and courteous. Kudos to Gabriel who has assisted me for doing an exceptional job.
Along with the fantastic service of Nissan of Van Nuys, the convenience offered by the dealership will keep me coming back for all my subsequent servicing. I live and work on the west side of LA where there are no longer any Nissan/Infiniti dealerships to service my automobile. I originally went in because my transmission sounded like it was slipping, not only did i have my transmission replaced, but i went back and had some additional work done that was recommended. I was offered a loaner car for the week that it took to install the transmission, which was a great benefit. Me and my wife came here looking to test drive the Nissan Rogue. We have been looking around for SUVs because the family is growing and were 7 months pregnant with our last and only son. We ended up leaving with a Lease.
