I went in for my normal oil change. And I also had a problem with my brakes. Blanca took care of everything! She was beyond awesome! Took care of my car and it was the best service any car owner can ask for. I am glad I got her! She's the best! & my brakes are as good as new!
I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department here. To be honest, in the past I had been very disappointed. But Michael Villano helped me and went out of his way to make sure that the problem was fixed on my schedule and at a fair price. It was really a remarkable difference from my previous trips to the dealership. Thank you Michael!
Very nice people always willing to help I always ask for Erick however he wasn't there that day and Edwin helped me out so helpful and I was happy with the service. Recommend Nissan always to all my family and friends.

I was greeted immediately. The oil change was completed and my car was washed in very little time and I was sent on my way. The associate told me what was going to happen and then told me after exactly what work they did. Very satisfied with the total experience.
I have had my service three times at the Nissan Van Nuys. The staff here are friendly and helpful. No pressure at all on any recommended service. The free hand car wash is great, though it will take longer time at busy days (like Saturdays or Sundays).
