I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. Luciano helped to write up the work order and informed me that the problem was probably a switch that had been on a recall notice. He said he would call me that day. He did, and told me it was the switch and I could probably have the call the next day. He called me the next day and sail it was ready. No problems, great service
I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I told the service advisor I was hearing a click sound when I turned right. Turns out there was a pretty large problem.. so they put me in a nice car to borrow and fixed the problem promptly. When i got my car back, I noticed it was pulling to the left. I called Gabriel the service advisor and he asked I bring the car back. They preformed a alignment and everything is great now. This was all at no cost to me since I have the 100k mile warranty. I had to have my tail light assembly replaced. Blanca took care of my needs with great skill, responsibility and ease. The part was there when she said it would be and by the time I sat down to read my paper, she came in to get me, saying the car was ready! And they even washed it for me! Always great service here. And if you join their rewards program, you actually get money off your next visit, which I did! And they also send me coupons which I was able to use...so great service and great deal!
Eric Diaz is so helpful and nice, it is like visiting a friend. i take all my vehicles here, even the toyota's as I think these guys are honest and good at what they do.
I have gone to this location twice recently 1st for a headlight bulb replacement and the 2nd time which was last week, for a battery replacement and a minor repair on my bumper. The 2nd time, I had to leave my car overnight and was provided with a rental. Both times Blanca helped me. She took great care, communicated thoroughly, and overall provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend her and this Nissan location.
