When I brought my 2013 Altima SV in for service there was a replacement part that was on back order. Mike Villano reached out to me afterward to indicate they had the part in and whenever it was convenient for me to bring it in he'd have it replaced while I waited. I brought it in and Mike kept his word. Additionally, they did a quick wash and dry for me. That's service.
Great service. Kind and knowledgeable Luciano. Throughly explained all work. Spoke clearly and looked me straight in the eye. When I needed extra help getting my rental sooner, a high ranking office person helped me out. The woman in charge of getting me the rental hustled.
The price they quoted for the service was far less than other dealers becuase they knew that the manufacturer was paying for some of it due to the year imy car was made; other dealers did not know this, or didn't tell me about it. Luciano handled everything from the first phone call to the explanation of service in an efficient and effective manner. Luciano is the best! He always remembers my name and always does a great job on my car and my husband's car. Van Nuys Nissan is so easy to deal with and accommodating. I use the shuttle to go to and from work and they are great! I also adore Samantha in the cashier/parts area, she dropped me off at work once on the shuttle and has been a gem since! She also always remembers me. Thanks everyone!
Kenny was AMAZING!!! We had been to 3 or 4 other dealers but he took the cake. Helpful, patient, and MOST importantly honest. I have told ALL my co workers SEE Kenny at Van Nuys.
