A couple of hours , but reasonable time because of the problems that my car needed for repairs! I was very please with my service. I had taken my car to another Nissan dealer and they missed a major problem that my car had, they seemed to have missed it!
Fast, efficient, friendly and washed my car to boot! I came in for an electrical recall for my Leaf and it was completed in less time that expected. Couldn't ask for more.
I brought my Z in because all the electrical had died. Luciano helped to write up the work order and informed me that the problem was probably a switch that had been on a recall notice. He said he would call me that day. He did, and told me it was the switch and I could probably have the call the next day. He called me the next day and sail it was ready. No problems, great service
