I bought my 2008 Pathfinder here and have always had great service. My service service adviser Juan Cardenas was amazing. He was polite and contacted me right away when service was completed. He made sure we left with a great experience.
I bought the first Nissan rouge from the dealer ship out of the show room in 2008 since then I been getting the 3000 Mille service every 3 month and I am very happy with the service on my car the nice people and the free Coffe in the hallway thank you for Nissan of van nuys sincerely Alex

I just bought a 2015 Nissan GTR and searched the Valley for a place to perform my service needs. The service rep that helped me was Luciano. He provided excellent customer service, took the time to answer all my annoying questions about my new car, and will for sure become my service rep for as long as I own this car.
The guys did a wonderful job of diagnosing and resolving the issue. My car needed a new transmission. Even with a heavy workload and the approaching holidays Eric, Ronald and Harry worked together to get it taken care of. Excellent teamwork!!
