Regular oil change. Blanca was very cheerful and attentive. A defective motor mount was found, and Blanca had the mechanic replace it under warranty. The work. was done very quickly, my car was washed, and I was on my way with very little delay. It was a nice experience.
We were very pleased with our visit to the dealership. Luciano took care of our car, made recommendations and took care of everything. They were quick and courteous. They made repairs and service checks to the car, took care of us and we were happy to see they even did a wonderful wash of our vehicle. Everyone here is amazing, friendly & caring. Pedro really showed care for my best interest. I didn't feel pressured like most car dealerships make you feel. They will work with you and your budget. After a not so stellar previous service visit I must acknowledge what a spectacular job they did in turning my opinion around. Luciano (and Supervisor Mike V) went above and beyond on my latest visit and actually took care of extra items I did not originally come in for. They were prompt, friendly and had my car ready when they said they would. Yes i would recommend this service department to others.
Good job Luciano Cardone...keep it up. Took my 2004 Nissan Murano for an oil change. Luciano explained clearly what was needed to get my car up and running properly. I still have to bring back my car to have the things he explained what is needed to be fix.

Took my 2013 Sentra in for an oil change. Luciano Carbone was a true asset to Nissan. He went over every detail and explained clearly what was needed to get my vehicle up and running properly. I did have to leave my car at Van Nuys Nissan for the night but they supplied me with a loaner car. Allowing me to finish my necessary shopping for the day and return home. This is my 3rd lease from Nissan of Van Nuys and they are excellent. I highly recommend the Rogue as well as this location with excellent staff. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and it went smoothly. I would not come back 3 times if they weren't great. HIGHLY recommend.
