Kenny was AMAZING!!! We had been to 3 or 4 other dealers but he took the cake. Helpful, patient, and MOST importantly honest. I have told ALL my co workers SEE Kenny at Van Nuys.
The light went on on the dashboard again saying low tire pressure. Because I had 2 of the batteries changed 2 weeks ago I was not happy to deal with this again. However everything was checked out and a staple was found in a tire, I was not charged. However the tire store across the street from Nissan was NO help at all, they suggested new tires and I left and went to Firestone near my home. They found the staple in my tire and again there was no charge, the light as of today 3 days later has not gone back on.
GOOD QUALITY WORK, FAIR PRICE, GOT UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. DID NOT TRY TO UPSALE ONLY WHAT I ASKED AND NEEDED, VERY PROFESSIONAL
Luciano is on top of things and provides excellent service. The entire process was easy and he called letting me know the car was done at almost the exact time he estimated.
