If my dog, Sophie, could type, she'd tell you this is our favorite vet! Good communication, excellent service, and good value. We're always given the prices of things before they proceed. And the veterinarians communicate clearly what's wrong and possible treatment options. It is apparent that everyone in this office loves animals. And even during COVID-19, when we stay in the car and they take the dog inside, everything goes smoothly. Also have weekend hours which we really appreciate. Four paws up!

Northpointe has been my main and only vet clinic for the past 5 or so years now. My chihuahua is more fragile than most dogs, so we have had our fair share of vet visits. The people who work here mean the world to me! The front desk staff is incredible and no matter which veterinarian we see, we always leave feeling like we have received the very best care. They treat my dog as if she were their own and I am so incredibly grateful to have found this place.

I've been taking my pup here since he was 8 weeks old, for about a year. As a first pet owner I appreciate all the thorough examinations, explanations and reminders from the vets. I've seen or spoken with all three doctors here and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionists and vet techs are also very friendly and nice. I've never left disappointed about their service! Pre-COVID their facility was clean and nice. From my experience at other vets, I'm used to going in and having my dog separated from me and rushed in and out of the exam room for treatment. Our experience at Northpointe Animal Hospital today was the total opposite. We got to see Dr. McLaughlin take his time to get to know and interact with our dog who happens to be shy and extremely cautious at vets. He was patient and careful in examining and treating our dog. Dr. Bruce and the entire staff have been wonderful! They all clearly love animals and are very sensitive to pets and their owners.
This is the only animal hospital I will bring my dog to, the staff is all so friendly and welcoming. She is our first puppy so we have lots of questions and concerns and the doctors are always more than happy to help us no matter what. The front desk lady is so helpful as well, she will always help me find an appointment that will fit my schedule. I'd definitely recommend bringing your pets here!

We take all 3 of our pets here. We have two older kitties and a 9 month old puppy. We have never had a bad experience here. Our kitties, despite being very skittish, did amazing with both the doc and the assistant. The doc came in very calmly and checked out the kitties. We took our new puppy in for a first visit. While the staff was extremely nice and friendly, they didn't seem like they would be flexible with the type of health and wellness schedule our breeder suggested. I've also constantly gotten emails about buying things via their site etc. Leaves a taste that they only focus on the money side.
This vet clinic/animal hospital is absolutely the best! Yes, they are more pricey then other local clinics but you get what you pay for like anything else in life. At this place, our boy Kaiser had exceptional care. We felt like they sincerely cared about him and us. They stayed late to accommodate us, followed up with personal calls to check on him and when they found out our boy passed away they sent a condolence card signed by all their staff.
