Everyone at Northpointe is wonderful. When my dog was injured in Oct. 2017, she had surgery at an Emergency Hosp. The surgery went well, and we brought her home. By her 3rd day home, she started showing symptoms of being ill. She already had chronic kidney disease, an enlarged heart, and a very serious heart murmur. (She was 14.5 years old). My cat is an absolute pain in the ass to deal with at the vet. I'm aware of this. I know this. However, after visiting a vet in Seattle that wrapped my cat into a blanket to deal with him (after I told them to let me hold him), I wanted to try out some other clinics. This place has been absolutely amazing. The technician (Matt) that deals with us every time is so kind despite my cat always hissing at him. But he never treats my grumpy creature with disrespect. We love this vet!! I have a Frenchie that has standard Frenchie issues (allergies, etc), and they take the best care of her. They always call the day after her appointments to check in on her. I love that they don't recommend unnecessary procedures, and take into consideration her age. Very thankful we found Northpointe when we moved to the area.
WONDERFUL place to take your pet! I am moving across the country and flying with my sweet rescued feral calico, and needed to get all of her vaccines and shots up to date, in addition to a regular health exam. After reviewing many local vets and pet hospitals, I decided upon Northpointe and I couldn't be happier. Honestly sick pets are stressful which alway colors vet visits. The receptionist is very nice. Both doctors I've seen there are nice as well. They've taken a lot of time to call and talk to me about treatment options for serious health issues. I enjoy how you can pick and choose treatment options with the price in the room with your vet. Their prices are also on par with other vets.
I LOVE Northpointe! The establishment is nice and clean and welcoming, the customer service in on point - the ladies at the front desk are always checking in and providing good info. I have been to both Ben and Alicia for my 2 dogs and cat and have enjoyed both of them thoroughly. Matt has been our tech almost every time and he is super friendly and explains everything so well. I can't say enough good things about Northpointe!!!! I've been taking my dog there for a little over a year and every single interaction, from the good visits to the scary visits, has been flawless. Every single person working the front desk has been spectacular, every Vet Assistant has been miraculous and don't let me start on Dr Bruce & Dr. McLaughlin. AMAZING! Took one of our cats here to be checked for a skin issue and broken tooth. The facility is clean, welcoming and set up well for animals who might be shy or scared, and the staff were all excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, personable and - most importantly - took the time to listen to our concerns and seemed to genuinely care about our 'baby.' Awesome clinic! Very clean, and extremely friendly. And their pricing for checkups is beyond reasonable. We are new to the area and this is our 2nd vet we have tried (first one we were not a fan of) Northpointe is the perfect fit. The doctor was thorough and asked us questions and offered advice. It was a great experience.
