We were hit with a double whammy in the past 5 months- 1st- one of our cats was diagnosed with kidney failure, 4 months later our 2nd kitty was diagnosed with oral cancer- a fast , aggressive disease. The staff were an incredible supportive clinic, didn't pressure us to do anything or buy anything, they were very compassionate with a deep concern for our pets. I visited this veterinary last week for my brother's cat. very clean and kind people are all here. doctors and all associates are great and very sweet. They helped us with a quick response and also allowed us to make an appoinment with earlier time as cat was kind of serious. Thank you so much for everybody. now, my family with cats will absolutely keep going this veterinary. We are so happy to find this veterinary.
Great clinic, always been extra attentive with our pets and erred on the side of caution to make sure our little fur babies have the best medical care. Front desk is friendly and treat our pets very well, everyone knows our animals here and is clearly affectionate towards the pets. They even give them your last name on their patient charts. :) Thanks for doing such a good job for us!
I had my very first vet experience here at northpointe and I would have to say I am very satisfied. Dr. Bruce is great. She answered every questions I had and I could tell she was invested in my cat's health and just loves what she does in general. My cat, Romeo, was very terrified when he was there, but she calmed him down pretty quick which was awesome. I also got a call the next day to see how he was doing after his visit. I would definitely recommend this vet hospital to anyone.
The entire staff is the reason we come here. I've had 2 rescue dogs that have had health issues to deal with and they've been as involved and care as much for our dogs as we do. I cannot imagine a better more caring staff for your pet or their human !
07/27/17 was my first time visiting this clinic. the staff was very friendly. I was able to get an appointment right away and they're pricing was very affordable. they seemed to genuinely care about my pet and what was best for his health. They understood the unique needs and health issues of my canine's breed. They gave me very helpful advice on how to better care for him and avoid future health issues . I am new to the area and happened to drive by Northpointe. I saw they had good reviews on yelp and I decided to try them out as my new vet for my two cats. I am sooo glad I did because they are wonderful!! Every experience I have had with ALL the staff has been positive, genuine, kind and sincere, including the calls to set up and confirm my appointments. I utilized Northpointes' emergency services and was so relieved at how thorough and thoughtful they were in troubleshooting and evaluating the test results. they included me in the decisions in testing and costs while never sacrificing the needs of my fuzzy friend in distress. Happy to say my little girl is breathing and eating and returning to the land of tail wagging happiness again thanks to the treatment received at Northpointe. Thank You!

This place definitely has an upsale vibe. They will always try to sell you on something. Other than that they are good. Their technician, not sure what her name is, but she has short black hair with glasses is awesome. She is very passionate and has a sweetness for animals that is contagious. I love it when we have the treat to be helped by her when it comes to our dog
