After everything our pup, Penny, has been through, she still loves going to the vet. I attribute that to the fact that the staff are so loving and caring. Dr. McLaughlin is the best! We never feel rushed and he always takes the time to give us all the information and options. Plus, the annual plan has been a lifesaver for us. We highly recommend!!!
Everyone there is so compassionate to the people and animals. My dogs love the going and getting the extra love from staff. When I leave my dogs in their care, I know they are safe and being cared for...and getting some yummy treats. :)

Our family loves the care and concern shown our pets when we must take them for visits. The concern is for the pet prior to, during and after the visit. We have greatly improved upon the quality of the experience for our babies with the help of our veterinarian. We appreciate the no trauma approach to pet care provided with this clinic. Thanks to all on staff who lovingly care for our pets and help their parents improve on their experience. We appreciate you.

Definitely a 5 STAR complimentary 1st vet visit service + thanks a bunch for sending us a surprise 'Thank You Card' which notes an appreciation for entrusting my furbaby's care to Dr. McLaughlin. Margaret was very thorough going over a procedure. Vet staff were hospitable, knowledgeable, professional and love pets as if they were their own. Gizmo and I and highly recommend NPAH!
