The new onsight manager is doing all she can to mitigate a year or more of incompetent management of the property. It's a garbage dumb. - Roof leaks. - No lighting in units. - Repeated billing issues. - Elevator routinely inoperative. - No lighting in emergency exit stairwells (see inoperative elevator). - Gate routinely stuck closed/open. - On site management is rarely onsite. - Poor communication on all of the above. - Corporate staff unable/unwilling to solve problems or provide support. Rented here, my unit was ransacked, lock still on, staff did not care, told me to report it to the police, wouldnt review cameras. Will never rent here again.
Worst company ever my stuff got stolen and they think it's a joke they haven't even got back to the insurance and it's been MONTHS

I recently found myself needing a storage unit unexpectedly. I called 2 other companies which didn't help me period. I walked into the Middlebrook location and Charissa was more than helpful and compassionate about my situation. She helped me keep what little things I walked away with because I lost most of my things. She was my angel that day making me realize that there are still some good people in this world. I rented a storage unit for almost 25 years and was forced to relinquish the unit due to outrageous increases in monthly rental charges. As is the case with many residents in Florida, I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. The most recent increase was almost $100 a month. An additional almost $6k a year is absurd.
