A single star is an overstatement, as this business operation from top management to bottom (i.e., local company reps) is a ZERO for a business rating, not to mention SHABBY facility. SINCE OCTOBER 2023, there is NO FULLTIME MANAGER on the property to address customer issues, clean/maintain premises, survey property for security assurances, help with move in/out. I have a large unit at the Eugene W. 11th location.In the last year or two it has become heavily rat infested.Most people I ask that show up using their nearby units say the same.I have had a lot of loss from their chewing plus the gross feces are everywhere.These new owners have raised the rents to higher than other local storage without any improvements to the old units which don't keep out the invaders.Can't recommend them at this time (2024)

Paula the manager has been above & beyond helpful. She cleans this place very nicely. & I like the fact that she enjoys my family coming here especially my little boy., a kind person & patient. The rules do apply as she mentioned when I moved in & I got my pick of units. Location & price was great. Thank you for having such a dedicated manager.

Employees very irresponsible units are always full of debri dirt due to constant blower used by site Manager. Rodents throughput many units I was storing my furniture and git severely damaged due to overflow of rats DO NOT STORE ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE LOOK ELSEWHERE

Just had another break in, every other inside door. Just happened to get missed. SO... response is to raise rates!. 5x5 now paying $76/mo. (and is $17/mo special if starting. So, tells you even that I'm sure will get jacked up in no time). And good luck if need service, office has no direct phone for customers. Will be outta there just as soon as can!!!!!!!!! Well done.
