: I am so unhappy in this storage unit. I pay $215 A month for a climate controlled unit. The HVACS are NEVER on. It’s humid inside , I’ve seen multiple crickets, and on top of that the workers never close the gate. I drove past during all over and it’s constantly open. I never get help from anyone. There is one girl at the front desk who has no clue what she is doing. She always says she’ll tell the manager but the issue is never resolved. No one answers my emails. I only rent here because all of the others actual good unit... read more

Everything went well was easy enough till the payment 5times said error I left # out on c/c. Fixed it finally after 3 more times it went thru move on to sign lease ERROR again I messed with couple times got angry and closed app. I needed storage for first thing this morning now have to wait till monday

. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get back my rental agreement from istorage via email and it still hasn’t come. Worker at istorage in Mesa told me that IT was having problems but it would be fixed soon. Well, how soon is soon? I have never signed anything from istorage because evidently you can’t just come into the office any more and just sign and get a copy. I have no idea what my contract says and I have never signed it. Also, when will the huge potholes be fixed? I stored there last year and they were there then too... read more

Staff non professional, rude poor people skills. Failure to answer questions. I rented from this location in prince Frederick prior to your purchase and rules changed I just wanted a simple 6 month rental to store a vehicle and wanted to pay in full at signing. I received a 5 month contract when questioned I was told I can only have a 5 month contract that it’s company policy. And there’s nothing she can do take it or leave was her attitude. Kevin the manager was great. Professional, friendly, helpful. We moved our belongings into storage on Saturday and it was very busy. Only one elevator was working and there were only 3 carts. I mentioned something to the girl working and asked if we could get more carts and she said “it ain’t happening”. When I asked about the elevator not working she said “it’s been broke since we took over the space and there are no plans to fix it.” Her remarks were as rude and poor as her attitude. I do believe since people who actually work also pay for storage units not just people staying in them that they should be open later the 6:45pm. That doesn't leave much room in fact not enough time to unpack four boxes and pack about two we needed to take with us before we lost track of time and was locked in. I work I pay for a unit only to have the man threaten to call the cops at 7pm.

Upon renting a unit there is only ONE person working on site. Everyone else quit. Hmm. My move in rate was $159.99 and the following month was $190.00. How can you explain a $30 increase in one month! Especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend Istorage to another person.

All my stuff was damaged due to water damage and rodents. Told I was insured for $2000 and turned out it wasn’t insurance I was paying for, it was a protection plan that only covered $500.
