My camper was stolen from insecure care in mount holly in just 4 days!!! The gate was left wide open and no working cameras. They acted like this was a common thing and I learned that a car hauler trailer was stolen just weeks before my camper. My camper was 7 days old!! I drove by and saw it at 2 pm and later that day drove by at 6 pm and it was gone!! They cut the lock and drove out with no camera even recording it. Unreal!! Do not do business with these people. They will accidentally double charge you after offering you a free month, but in the end they will say it's your fault, lock you out, and charge you more fees for their mistakes. Beware, stay away!

Process was fine, unit was fine. The property is is broken down, keypad sticks and have to push it multiple times to open gate. The roadways are a complete disaster with gigantic potholes, almost impossible to avoid and damaging to your vehicle. Very disappointing considering that we have rented here over the years and it's convenient location for us, but really needs to be maintained. Not reflecting the owners care about it, or their reputation.

Most of everything was damaged. Had to be thrown out 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤. My daughters’ things also damaged 😤😤😤😤😤. And company keeps the money and besides when you sign they inform you that if you lose keys you have to pay. Well what do you know, turned keys oh no they keys and lock are yours. What do I want them for? Found a lot of little pink kind of plastic like. And I had nothing plastic much less pink. Rating: -000000000. And $150. Beginning in May not worth it.

When I rented that unit I was told there would no humidity issues. I had coats in vacuum bags and other pieces. I had other things. Today I decided this is way too expensive so I decided to cancel it. The vacuum bags were open, clothing was humid, a lot of ruined stuff like pictures frames, etc. I was so pissed. I have had a unit, sometimes two, for over 5 years. Since iStorage took over, things have gone down hill. The price consistently is going up, but I see no improvements. The road is awful, with pot holes all over the place. The gate is frequently left open. I have the same code as someone else. The space is not worth the cost. If there was a closer place, I would have switched.
