My unit was broken into and $10,000 worth of goods were stolen. The manager's first response was to shrug and say, "well, these things happen." There was no remorse or shock on the part of company or its employees, despite the fact that it was clearly an inside job. Place had 5he stench of burning fentanyl pills coming from back office. Been waiting two and a half months for my refund of 150 dollars. Ridiculous I'm livid.

A new check was reissued and sent in the mail. PLEASE BE CAREFUL as to NOT discard or misplace this check, as you likely did with the original one we sent you. -Management

Went to move some items in my unit and was told the moving cart would be available during office hours but the office was not open during office hours and no moving cart was available

Unit was not at all what I rented… It was false advertising… I needed a unit to put my motorcycle in… And my motorcycle would not fit because of the misrepresentation of the storage facility. C
The storage facility has water leak stains from the ceiling, the construction is just a free standing wall that doesn't seem to be very secure at all. The units light bulb is out, I am 5/6 and a female. I can't change that bulb. The roll away door to enter into the hall way of F11 kind of came off the track when I rolled it up. Luckily my friend was able to pop it back in place to get it to work. That is a safety hazard, you really need to check into that. Just really disappointed.
