You gave me a storage that was already occupied. The elevator wasn't working. No one was answering or returning my call. Worst experience ever. I had to pay for 2 separate storage's because you guys took my payment and i had to find another one the same day.

I would never rent or refer anyone to this location. The unprofessionalism by staff and management, including the district manager, is absurd. Also, I was never given a refund for the unit I paid for and wasn't allowed access to. I'll be sure to leave the same review on every website. This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm so happy Storage One, a block away, was able to accommodate me without an issue. Their staff is quite friendly, available and helpful. I had completed the rental agreement online. Rightspace sent me an email congratulating me on using a Rightspace storage unit. It also included my gate access code. After loading my 12' trailer with furniture and getting a helper to unload, the gate access code did not work to get me into the facility and get to to my assigned storage unit. There was clear instructions on the keypad. I tried several times and got a message on the display "access denied". I had my helper try, too, and it didn't work. The staff has a new practice I've found intriguing. In order to combat the local problem of vagrants and drug users. The staff at secure storage has opted into manufacturing methamphetamine ,selling to the local community ,and allowing them to rob storage units all night. Once the tweaker have had their fill ,they call the police on them to scare them off. In regards to your response on Jan. 22 on my comment for me to get in touch as to the cost of the storage unit. I did call nothing was done, no special rate for seniors just 10% on the 1st. Month. I am trying to get transportation to turn in the unit. Is just too expensive. Not worth it.
These storage rates have gone out of proportion. The increases s not $2-3 yr. It’s up to $10. I started at $80. Ow in May 2022 it’s going up again now I am up to $150. Not worth it.
