Horrible horrible nightmare storing my things here. Was forced to purchase renter’s insurance and when I went to move my things out October 1 st I found rats had gotten into my unit and pooped and peed all over my expensive sofa and tore it apart. I have gotten nothing but lip service from these crooks for over two months. I now am going to be forced to go to small claims court so I can buy a new sofa. We currently have a pest control company service our facilities on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, they are not able to access occupied storage units unless the tenant is present. Didn't get hard copies of anything. Slow to get anything done. But fast as hell to take my money. If I'd had the time I'd of went elsewhere.

If you would like a printed copy, you are welcome to access your lease from your email and print it at home, or request a printed copy the next time you are in the office. Your employee Carlos is a magnificent young man, very polite, helpful, and amiable. Everything is kept clean, but we have encounter a problem with your elevator, both time we were there trying g to unload 11/28 and 11/29 we were stuck i. The 2nd floor.the elevator would not go down we had to wait in there for 20 mins. The first time and 35 the second time. Pls.fix it. Thank you.

I don't know what I would have done without Carlos help, he's such a helpful person, cheery, polite, and be curious. He help me with exactly the right size of storage i needed. Made recommendations. Office staff was very accommodating. Took me around to show me several sites before I signed up. The Office Manager, Ginger, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
