Wouldn't go anywhere else for a unit!!
They are very very unprofessional. Will not recommend this storage facility to anyone
BEWARE OF THIS OPERATION AND IT SPECIALS.. The special I’m referring to is the 1st free month. The month is NOT FREE AT ALL! I booked my storage bin back in September 2021. I booked online with one of the customer service rep. I needed a 10x10, I told him I needed it for October 23,2021 He stated that I was able to get one free month rent with a confirmed reservation. Gate code didn't work and unit assigned to me was locked. I called immediately to cancel (and have called several times since) but no one has take care of it. I never signed a lease and am now getting delinquent notices. You can make this right by cancelling the reservation and refunding my credit card. Your reps said it would be credited within a few business days and that was over a month ago. They keep telling me a manager needs to approve it after they tell me there is no manager on site.
The entrance driveway is horrible. You can ruin your vehicle trying to enter.
This company has no regard for the customers whatsoever. They hastily sell off u it's and refuse tenants money, it's not right. The sale of personal documents and family pictures SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. THANKS FOR ALLOWING SOME SCUMBAG TO STEAL MY IDENTITY RIGHTSPACE
: I am so unhappy in this storage unit. I pay $215 A month for a climate controlled unit. The HVACS are NEVER on. It’s humid inside , I’ve seen multiple crickets, and on top of that the workers never close the gate. I drove past during all over and it’s constantly open. I never get help from anyone. There is one girl at the front desk who has no clue what she is doing. She always says she’ll tell the manager but the issue is never resolved. No one answers my emails. Everything went well was easy enough till the payment 5times said error I left # out on c/c. Fixed it finally after 3 more times it went thru move on to sign lease ERROR again I messed with couple times got angry and closed app. I needed storage for first thing this morning now have to wait till monday
