Place had 5he stench of burning fentanyl pills coming from back office. Been waiting two and a half months for my refund of 150 dollars. Ridiculous I'm livid.

Angela, We’re unsure of what fentanyl would smell like, so we can’t help you in that regard. As we’ve mentioned to you recently, a refund check was mailed to you but it was never cashed. A new check was reissued and sent in the mail. PLEASE BE CAREFUL as to NOT discard or misplace this check, as you likely did with the original one we sent you. -Management

Went to move some items in my unit and was told the moving cart would be available during office hours but the office was not open during office hours and no moving cart was available

Unit was not at all what I rented… It was false advertising… I needed a unit to put my motorcycle in… And my motorcycle would not fit because of the misrepresentation of the storage facility. C
The storage facility has water leak stains from the ceiling, the construction is just a free standing wall that doesn't seem to be very secure at all. The units light bulb is out, I am 5/6 and a female. I can't change that bulb. The roll away door to enter into the hall way of F11 kind of came off the track when I rolled it up. Luckily my friend was able to pop it back in place to get it to work. That is a safety hazard, you really need to check into that. Just really disappointed. Showed up to upload and storage room had water leak from roof and puddle on floor. Manager quickly upgraded to larger storage for same price.
Horrible service and follow-up. My father passed in June 2021 and because I live in Oregon and I'm the executor of his estate, I paid for his rental storage unit through December 2021 to give my brother-in-law time to move everything out of the storage unit. When I pre-paid, I asked the woman at the office that if I need to move out earlier if I can get a refund on the months I pre-paid for; she said "yes."
