Guy in the office was very rude! He was not o let ride but had to enter information and start over like 3 times. Had a hard time maneuvering around the computer.Ā
To increase a monthly rate by $30 after only 3 months of occupancy is unacceptable. We downsized to another unit but will receive no refund for the remaining time on our old unit. This is unacceptable.Ā

Super friendly office staff The storage itself smelled of some sort of automotive oil. Also I can see thru to my neighbors storage unit, not very safeĀ

I have been a customer at the Evanston location for over 6 years. Up until today I was very pleased. I was downsizing into a smaller unit and had entered the facility alone around 9:30am. I came faced with an individual sleeping on the floor probably homeless. I question the security and safety at this locationā¦. I left immediately and re- entered later with a couple of movers. I was very scared!! DPĀ
